General 

All orders and changes to your account (holds, plan, add-ons, purchases) must be made 72 hours before fulfillment (Monday at midnight for Thursday, Tuesday at midnight for Friday).

We will notify you of schedule changes, bread alterations or credits/refunds due to cancellations or changes caused by COVID-19, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Single-Purchase Payments

Purchasing through our online store does not automatically save any of your information. You are not required to subscribe to use our online platform. Payment occurs at the time of order.

Pick up/Delivery/Shipping

If the order is delayed/unavailable to pick up due to a delivery delay, we will inform you to the best of our ability and will offer credit in the case of a missed delivery.

Pick Up Locations: Due to COVID, pick up sites may have last minute closures or alterations to their hours of operations. We will notify you via email and attempt to find an alternate arrangement. We will not charge your account if you are unable to pick up as a result of sudden changes due to COVID/reduced pick up hours . Follow the instructions of your pick up location for safe social distancing. In the event you forget to pick up your order on Thursday, it will remain at the shop until Friday at close, at which time your order will be donated. We know you like to receive your order quickly and that is our top priority.

• A tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Free Shipping on $40 or more of product (void on wholesale orders, international orders and call in orders)

1. How much is shipping? Shipping rates are based on delivery method (see below) weight and destination zip code. For US and Canadian customers, simply add the items to your cart and click CHECKOUT at the top to view shipping rates.
   
2. When will I get my order? We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Home delivery: Delivery times may vary weekly, based on weather, delivery route, and demand. If you do not receive your items, please email us.
